Design features
1. The valve body material is made of high-grade low-carbon steel and high-grade low-carbon steel pipes that comply with international standards. Advanced fully automatic welding machines are used for welding, and the welds pass non-destructive testing.
2. The connecting pipe is formed by forging and pressing in one piece, so that the performance of the disc spring can still be used normally at minus 200 degrees. At the same time, multiple connection methods can be designed according to the user's requirements for the valve connection end.
3. The valve stem is made of high-performance stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance, anti blow design, and better use. The sealing materials are fluororubber (FPM), carbonized PTFE+C, PEEK, which have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature and high pressure resistance, good corrosion resistance, and long service life.
4. The ball valve is made of high-performance stainless steel, and after processing, it is tracked and tested by the Tokyo precision roundness tester RONDCOM30C in Japan, with very precise accuracy.

The ball of DN350~DN1200 fixed fully welded ball valve is a fixed structure, with composite bearings installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, which further reduces the operating torque of the valve during opening and closing. When subjected to medium pressure, the floating valve seat will move to make the sealing surface tightly adhere to the spherical surface. When under low pressure, the necessary thrust is provided by the screw spring behind the valve seat to ensure a high degree of sealing. It is also possible to design structures such as long valve bodies, long valve stems, diameters, and reduced diameters according to user needs. 3. Directly buried fully welded ball valve

The directly buried fully welded ball valve can be directly buried underground without the need to build a tall valve well or underground operating room. 4. High pressure fully welded ball valve
